Graduate of Microbiology OSU, Class of 87. Lover of God, husband and father. Proven entrepreneur, marketing professional, corporate strategist and product designer with a passion for helping organisations hatch, vitalise and express their products and services. Founded and served with local and international organisations. Areas of leaning are Design Thinking, Marketing, Publishing, Data Protection and Information Governance. Earned key leadership positions in multidisciplinary and multicultural professional teams creating experience: Identity, Product and UI/UX Designs, Data/Web Analytics, Business Analysis and Development, Project Management and Growth Hacking. Former Lead Strategist and CEO at Ortex Branding Limited. Currently serving with Reed, UK. I want to continue to help shape and drive the vision of our Alumni Association and leave a legacy by my participation.

Mr Samson Ogunjimi

Samson Olugbenga Ogunjimi graduated from Ogun State University (now Olabisi Onabanjo University) in 1987 with BSc. (Hons) Industrial Chemistry (Second Class Upper) & MSc in Analytical Chemistry at University of Greenwich, London in 1996. Began his pharmaceutical sales career in the UK in 1997 and became a Senior Regional Business Manager, heading the London Region with Merck Pharmaceuticals UK, before founding Codix Pharma Limited, Nigeria. He is the Group Managing Director of Codix Pharma Limited, having offices in over 12 countries and head-quartered in Lagos, Nigeria. He is also a co-founder and Executive Vice-Chairman of The Colexa Group of Manufacturing Companies. Sammy is a Honourary Pharmacist & Member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria, a member of the Association of British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI), and The Royal Society of Chemistry UK.

Prof. Olayinka Asekun

Professor Asekun obtained a B. Sc. Honours in Chemistry at the Ogun State University in 1987, M.Sc. Pharmaceutical Chemistry at the University of Lagos in 1990 and a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry at the University of Ibadan in 2001. Her Lecturing career started at the Lagos State University as an Assistant Lecturer, where she spent 12 years (1991-2003) before she moved to the University of Lagos in 2003 as a Lecturer 1. She rose through the ranks at the University of Lagos and became a full Professor in 2015. Aside from Academics and Research, she is the immediate past, Head of Chemistry Department, a Board Member the University of Lagos Staff School, a member of the Academic Planning Committee of University of Lagos and the Chairperson, ULWS Innovation & Technology Committee. She also belongs to and chairs numerous committees within and outside the University. She had the privilege to mentor many students especially, girls and women who today hold reputable positions Worldwide and she has been involved in “Career and Motivational Talks” to youths in schools and churches.

Pastor Jimoh Ibraheem Adisa born in November 30, 1959 at Oyo in Oyo State. Member of second set, studied Geology at OSU. Membership of various Professional Bodies: (1). Corporate Member of Nigerian Mining & Geosciences Society, (2). Nigerian Association of Hydrogeologists, (3). Council of Nigerian Mining Engineers & Geoscientists (COMEG Rgd). Become a Christian in 1990. Married one wife with 4 children. An ordained minister of Seventh-day Adventist Church in Nigeria. President of Lagos Mainland Conference of SDA Church, 2016- 2021. Member Board of trustees, Faculty of Science Alumni.
